Strength of Euromecc plants is the total automation of whichever phase of the productive cycle.
The electric and the computer science units of the Company are located on an covered area equipped of beyond 200 m² and they can plan, produce and install automatized electric control panels for whichever kind of plant of concrete mixing and prefabrication.
The parts production, exclusively Telemecanique, to guarantee elevated performances, the partnership with the Elettrondata of Modena for the automation systems and the experience of our planners have made Euromecc reach the highest qualitative and functional levels that can be found in the sector nowadays.
The systems, totally automatized, make possible a remote management of the centrals for more than 1 Km, guaranteeing the constancy of the dosage of the concrete and the cancellation of the human error. Moreover, all the automatized systems that are installed can be controlled through remote attendance. Probes for the measurement of the humidity, hygrometers, meters of slump, probes to avoid obstruction, management of the truck concrete mixers, give an exhaustive picture of the possibilities offered to make the plant total automatized.

BetonwinBetonwin II is a complete Software for Ready Mix Concrete Plant. Completely developed in Windows, it can be used for any type of plant with Mixer, Skip, Tower Plant, Horizontal Plant, Drag Line, Multiple Plant.
The system is completely customizaqble and meets any request of the ready mix concrete producers.
The basic system configuration supports the following: 6 aggregates weighted in the same scale, 4 cements weighted in the same scale, 4 additives our DVA system/weight/pulse, 2 waters pulse/weight (clean and recycled water), 3 moisture compensations (water and aggregate). Tolerance check in dosage. Material flight quantity control. Proportional dosage pulse for aggregate. Automatic discharge stop iin case of truckmixer obstruction with provided sensor. Fast/slow control for aggregate and cement dosage. Automatic vibrators control for aggregate and cement when material flow is not regular.

A repetitive and reliable constant production is guaranteed even in particularly adverse working enviroments thanks to the reliability of the components employed and to the ease with which it is used and serviced.

Betonmatic 3The Most compact, Powerful and Economic apparatus, for small and averages Ready Mix Concrete Plant.
Control's unity to microprocessor, equipped of 3 interface cards to relay , 1 analogical card and 1 I/O expansion card, cables of connection to the card. Numerical keyboard and display of great dimensions with high brightness. Entirely customizable to be employed in numerous type of plant, both of new construction and existing.

 I.S.M. INFRARED SLUMP METER

I.S.M. Infrared Slump MeterISM is the intelligent terminal created specifically for installation on mixer trucks. This innovative device is able to communicate with the global control system of the “BETONSYSTEM” production cycle by means of a specific, fixed receiving instrument located at the loading point and consequently to extend management potential also to include the delicate and important phase of “transporting and delivering the product”.

- BASIC VERSION: numerous events can be executed automatically (without the operator).
- INTERMEDIATE VERSION: for the detection and control of the "SLUMP" during the loading and delivery. It collects and send to the automation system several information detected during shipping, such as the addition of water, time of arrival at the yard, stops, etc.
- I.S.M. AND BETONSAT: it manages the truck identification number and truck in position and ready for working information, it is able to detect in real time the geographical position of the truck by means of GPS satellite detection technologies.This equipment sends, via SMS/DATA messages to the peripheral unit of the central CARTOGRAPHIC – BETONSYSTEM system, all the information including the position and speed of the truck, timetable, estimated of return, etc. This system can also store the route the truck has travelled, the places it stopped at and the length of time it stayed in each place.
